Avenue, Northridge, at the intersection with Devonshire St. We are close to
schools, shops, and CSUN, and have easy access to two major freeways.

• What’s happening?
VNHOA has an active Board of Directors who are currently overseeing a range of enhancements to the complex and how it is operated and managed. Read on to learn more. We are the pride of Northridge!
The Board has been hard at work. Many improvements are being made at this time. Security cameras have been installed for you peace of mind, the laundry room has been upgraded, the pool has been re-plastered and it is VGB compliant. The landscaping is ongoing a major overhaul. Many of the older wooden patios have been replaced. The Rules and Regs are being rigorously enforced (with fines!).
